  • Started in 2005 and incorporated as an NPO in 2023, Arsenal Canada is the official overseas supporters club for Arsenal FC in Canada. The club is fully run by volunteers including our Board of Directors. The Chairperson meets regularly with the club to ensure we are compliant with club standards and that the voices of Canadian fans are heard by the club. Within Canada there are several branches affiliated with Arsenal Canada where fans can meet to watch games together.

  • Memberships are valid until May 31, 2025, and the price remains the same regardless of when you join during the season. For instance, if you join in February, your membership will still expire on May 31st of that same year.

  • Arsenal Canada is an overseas supporters club which has several perks including being a recognized membership of the club but is NOT a direct club membership. You do not need a Red membership to be an Arsenal Canada member.

  • We do not provide membership ID numbers for Arsenal Canada memberships. We use your account created on our website with your email address to identify paid membership.

  • We cannot offer refunds for Full or Ticketing Only memberships under any circumstances. Please purchase a paid membership only if you are 100% certain of your decision.

General Information:

Cup Games - Ticketing Ballot Process:

  • Arsenal Canada will be implementing a ballot process and phasing out the first come first serve process.

  • Our goal is to send as many Arsenal Canada members as possible to the Emirates. Our previous process was first come first serve, this led to games selling out immediately and prevented other members who may not have known right away that they could attend a game from applying to games. 

    To make the application process more equitable, we want to ensure everyone has a chance to get tickets no matter when they apply.

  • The Arsenal Canada team researched international best practice in balloting, including working with our friends in the Arsenal America team, to develop our process.

  • No, first come first serve will remain in place for all Premier League games this year.

  • Each member will receive one application per game. There will not be a cap on the total number of member applicants we accept per game.

  • A random draw will be conducted to determine the order for ticket allocation. The ticketing team will allocate tickets based on that order.

  • Timelines for these games are often short and as a result the application deadlines will dictate how long an application remains open. We will communicate deadlines via the website and social media.

  • If you are allocated a ticket, you will have 72 hours to send your $50 deposit to arsenalcanadasc@gmail.com. If it’s not received within 72 hours, the ticket will be offered to another member.

  • Each member must submit their own application for the game. A maximum of four (4) applications can be received per group (i.e., Members 1, 2, 3 and 4 can each apply and note in their application that they are part of the group of 4). Each member will have their name added to the ballot. Importantly, only paid members are eligible as always (i.e., if members 1, 2 and 3 are paid but member 4 is not, then only members 1, 2 and 3 will be eligible to attend the game).

  • This was done to keep the odds fair for smaller groups.

  • No, group requests will continue to be ordered together. For example, if your name is drawn first and you’re part of a group of 2, you will get ticket 1 & 2.

  • Yes, like today if only part of a request can be fulfilled, the ticketing team will continue reaching out to see if you’d like the partial allocation or would like us to offer the ticket(s) to the next member on the list.

Premier League - Ticketing Application Process:

  • Ticket applications are available to paid Full and Ticketing Only members on a first-come, first-served basis. Here’s how it works:

    Application Process: All applications are processed through the members-only section of our website. To apply for your ticket, you will need to login to your paid account on our site and navigate to your "Ticketing" page under "Account".

    Deposit Fee: Upon submitting your application, you must send a $50 e-transfer to arsenalcanadasc@gmail.com as a holding deposit to confirm your place in the queue. This fee applies to each ticket requested.

    Payment: If your request is successful, you'll pay the remaining balance for the ticket. If not, we will refund the $50 deposit

  • We only allow one ticket application per paid member, per game. No exceptions

    If you are travelling as part of a group, please email our member support to make them aware at arsenalcanada.members@gmail.com. We will always do what we can to get our members to games but tickets are never guaranteed.

  • The ticket allocation window is open from when fixtures are released until the deadline. This season, applications will open on June 19th shortly after the EPL schedule is released. Follow our social media for updates

  • Ticketing deadlines are typically three months before the game, but due to high demand, we sometimes close applications even earlier for certain matches. Check our Facebook page and website member area for specific deadlines. To improve your chances, plan well in advance. We start accepting ticket applications when the schedule is released in the summer, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We usually hear back within a few days after the deadline and will inform applicants as soon as possible.

  • Unfortunately, we never receive away tickets. While we would love to help, it simply is not part of the arrangement for official overseas supporters clubs

  • We don't release queue information as it varies and managing it would require full-time staff. We stop taking applications if the number of applicants exceeds realistic ticket availability.

  • That is correct! If you are planning on attending with multiple people, everyone will need individual Arsenal Canada memberships and each apply for a ticket to the same game.

  • We are normally able to accommodate this request. However, it is important to note that this is not guaranteed.

  • It’s preferable that each member requests tickets through their individual account on the website.

    If you’re applying as part of a family or a group, you can submit a request for a maximum of 5 tickets per transaction and send one e-transfer that pays the deposit for all members in your party. 

    If a member of your group is not a Full or Ticketing Only member, we will refund their deposit and they will need to re-apply once they’ve become a member.

  • We can never comment on the "chances" of getting tickets as the allocation we receive is dependent on a number of factors and is not the same for each game. Rest assured that we stop taking applications for games when we feel it is no longer realistic to get tickets.

    We always recommend fans waiting to hear back from us whether they were successful or not before booking travel and accommodation if the sole purpose of their trip is to catch the game. If you wish to book travel before hearing back you do so at your own risk.

  • Given the high demand for tickets, unfortunately not all who apply for tickets will be successful. You can try getting a Red membership directly with the club and submitting through Arsenal’s ballot system for the game or monitoring their Ticket Exchange for anyone legitimately selling their tickets. Another option is through Arsenal’s official hospitality partners, but this can be expensive.

    We do not recommend purchasing through third party resellers. You could end up with counterfeit tickets, or there are cases where if the club finds out a ticket is on a resell market, they'll cancel it so it won't scan at the stadium gates. The UK is very strict about ticket touting.

    As an alternative, watching the game in London at a Arsenal Supporters pub like the Tollington offers a great atmosphere with fellow Gooners!

  • Full members and Ticketing-Only members have equal priority when submitting applications. Our process operates on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of membership type.

  • We don't know the exact number as it varies and is shared with all overseas supporters clubs.

  • It's impossible to provide an average number because it varies from game to game and is reliant on many factors.

  • Prices depend on seat location and game category. Check the Arsenal website for rough costs, but we typically get good seats at reasonable prices.

  • Seat location varies by game since the club allocates the tickets and we can't control where they are. Generally, the seats are good! Check our social media for posts from others fans to see where they have been seated before.

  • Please only request a ticket if you are certain you can attend the game. When a member requests a ticket then backs out for foreseeable circumstances it creates unnecessary work for the Arsenal Canada team to relocate the ticket. In situations where unforeseen circumstances get in the way, the Arsenal Canada team will be there to problem solve what to do with tickets.

  • You'll receive your tickets via email from Arsenal Canada during the week of the game, after you've paid in full. We understand this short time window can make some members anxious, but the club is strict about how early they send us tickets.

    Please note that the Emirates Stadium is now digital-only, requiring Apple or Google Wallet for entry. If you don't have access to these apps, you'll need to make special arrangements with Arsenal Canada.
